We love to brew

The brewery uses five basic raw materials:

• Water (known as liquor) drawn from a bore hole from behind the brewery
• Malted barley, grown in East Anglia
• Hops sourced from Kent, Herefordshire & Worcestershire and Slovenia!
• Inverted sugar (produce of cane sugar)
• Yeast (our own strain)

All of our waste products are put to good use; the spent grains are collected by a local farmer for cattle feed and the hops used by local gardeners for their allotments.
